OASIS212 is a brand of OASIS 212 SARL AU, a company registered in Morocco, with a business registration (RC) number of 3651 and a Tax ID (IF) of 50355090.

These General Terms and Conditions ("Conditions") govern the contractual relationship between OASIS212 and its clients ("Client") for accommodation, water sports, dining, wellness, and related services.

A booking constitutes acceptance of these terms. OASIS212 reserves the right to update these Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the date of booking.

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remaining balance must be settled upon arrival or as indicated in the booking confirmation.

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods available on our platform. All payments are processed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) or Euro (EUR).

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to hebergement@oasis212.com. The following policy applies:

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
• 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
• Less than 15 days before arrival: no refund.
• No-show: no refund.

In case of early departure, no refund will be issued.

OASIS212 reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of force majeure and will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

OASIS212 provides accommodations (chalets, dormitories, bivouac), water sports (kitesurfing, wing foil, surfing, SUP), dining, spa and wellness services, cultural and desert activities.

We reserve the right to modify the range of services offered for operational or weather-related reasons. In such cases, alternative services may be offered where possible.

The Client agrees to respect internal rules and safety instructions, maintain cleanliness and integrity of the premises, comply with Moroccan law.

Any damage caused to the premises or equipment may be charged to the Client.

Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management and service improvement. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including Moroccan Law 09-08.

OASIS212 shall not be held liable for injuries or losses resulting from the Client's non-compliance with safety rules. The Client participates in all activities at their own risk.

Our liability is limited to the total value of the booking.
